The CEED does not provide food, refreshments or catering for events however you are more than welcome to provide these on your own.
Food and drinks are allowed throughout the facility with the exception of the Auditorium. Food and Drink are NOT allowed in the Auditorium. Arrangements can be made to have a designated area set-up for refreshments for your event. Additional fees may apply.
The University of Texas of the Permian Basin is an alcohol free campus - this extends to the CEED.
The serving of alcohol at events hosted at the CEED will NOT be permitted!
